Gard Karlsen, co-founder of Completion Services, says: “Wintershall Norge has decided to purchase the CSD software in connection with the operatorship on the Brage field. We are thrilled to see that yet another oil company has understood the importance of keeping track of well schematics and well history in an organized manner. We will work side by side with Wintershall to achieve good quality well schematics
” Wintershall will also be using Cdim
– the CSD web module. This will allow all employees to find the most up to date well schematics by using Internet Explorer instead of the CSD application. In addition to giving employees easy access it can also be used to share information with other applications and portals.
CSD is already in use in companies like Statoil, DONG Energy, Det Norske, Talisman, Carigali Hess (Malaysia), Oil Search Limited (Australia) etc.
